Hello and welcome! 
In 2012, I had my first experience with Reiki which sparked a curiosity that eventually led me to a life-changing retreat at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. It was there I realized my energy was completely depleted and in need of healing. Reiki changed everything for me, helping me release stress and discover a happier, more vibrant version of myself.

 

I knew then that I was meant to help others experience this same shift. I left the corporate world to train as a Reiki Master, Holy Fire III with William Rand at The International Center for Reiki Training. Because I am an empath, I connect deeply with the human experience, and I am passionate about working together to nurture your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
